[Resolved]  Lc Cyber Cafe Kota Rajasthan — Refund denying

At the start of lockdown I booked a train from LC Cyber Cafe kota (Indra Vihar)., at cost of 6000 for three people but due to national wide lockdown our tickets got cancelled and after 3 months I checked status of my PNR Number on IRCTC WEBSITE. and they showed they have successfully refunded my ticket ., but the cafe owner is denying the same . Please help
