I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding a pending refund for my train ticket booking made through ixigo trains
Booking Details:
- Train Name: GIMB Puri
- PNR Number: [protected]
- Date of Booking: 2nd March, 2026
- Total Amount Paid: ?4, 351/-
Refund Details:
1. I cancelled 1 ticket, for which I received a refund of ?1, 360/- on 15th March, 2026.
2. Subsequently, I cancelled the remaining 2 tickets on 1st April, 2026, due to non-availability of seats-
- The system indicated that a refund of ?2, 720/- would be processed by 3rd/4th April, 2026.

However, as of today (2nd May, 2026), I have not received the refund of ?2, 720/-.
I have already:
- Contacted ixigo support team multiple times
- Reached out to SBI customer care
- Visited my nearest SBI branch
Unfortunately, both the bank and your support team are redirecting me to each other without any resolution.
Please note that I have also reviewed my bank statement from 1st March, 2026 to 2nd May, 2026, and there is no credit entry corresponding to this refund.
This delay of over one month is unacceptable. I request ixigo team to:
1. Provide the exact status of the refund, along with transaction proof
2. Confirm whether the amount has been successfully processed or is pending
3. Resolve this issue on an immediate priority basis
I expect a clear resolution at the earliest.
