Leaf Studios — damaged product received

The leaf customer service is not responding to my email and my call. Since 20 days they was picked up my product (Leaf sports wireless earphone) whose awb number is[protected] and the courier service is delhivery. The issue is the product was damaged and i was claimed warranty and the product has been picked up by then on 16th may and the product has been delivered on 22nd may to them but they wasn't taken any action till now.
I was attaching the image of the product.
