Jabki mujhe discount code400 less karke Rs 999. Bhejni thi fir mujhe dubara order karna pada jo aaj mujhe mil gaya or Rs 999. Maine online pay kar diya isliye plz mujhe meri amount Rs 1329. Return kar dijiye.

I bought Leaf Dash 2 Wired Earphones × 1 at Rs.650/-, Product turned faulty twice, It is appreciated that they replace it twice but again at third time it si turned faulty and now company is asking for pick up charges of Rs.100 for picking up faulty part for replacement.
The product itself is quite high....

It's been 10 days since i raised several complaints thru mail & trying to reach their customer care number
No updates.....

I purchased leaf headphones. And after using it for 2 days, it started paining my ears after 15 minutes o[censored]se only. So I contacted with them through email and they told me the product will be returned. But after nearly a week no follow up is done on the product. Also they are not replying to my mail now, and they aren't pickup up my calls.

I'm vivek yadav I recently ordered a new leaf bass headphone on 7th Feb2021But I received a defective. On 11th Feb 2021I received the product but it Bluetooth start malfunctioning on 12th Feb 2021.i formally request for a replacement .

Sir i purchase the product and it was not leaf product and not working properly soo i want to return the item and get my money... But company cannot taken action against this

I have order for an Headphone - named "LEAF BEAST WIRELESS HEADPHONES" of prize - 2029.3 Rupees at www.leafstudios.in on June 4 2020 between 3:30 PM and 4:00 PM. The payment was done through UPI and the payment was successful. But the order was not placed in their website.
So i raised a ticket regarding this to [protected]@leafstudios.in
They promised for an solution withing 48 hours.
Till Today(June 8 2020), there is no proper solution provided and the money is not yet refunded.

Ordered of bluetooth 5.0 leaf beast headphone. Received 4.1 headphone. 3.5mm connector is broken. Now they are not responding me for return & refund. Their product is not useful to me..

They have misguided customer claiming it is 5.0 bluetooth version in their tech specification, but it is not. I feel i have been cheated.. Please get my refund and pfa of all the proofs i have.

I have ordered a headphone from Leaf Studio on 17th of May 2020 and received the product on 27th May. as I unpacked the Product the Right ear sponge was open, I have immediately placed for the replacement of the product at 8:30 PM and support team responded back on 29th May and Pickup was completed on 30th May.

After that, there is no response from the support team. I have written couple of emails to support and no response....

Am purchased the leaf bolt wired ear phones on 10.01.2020 with order id 59934. Defected items were received. Am filled a complaint form and mail to [protected]@leafstudios.in and [protected]@leafstudios.in. Lot of times am contacted their customer care through phone at least one time also not connected. Complaint ticket id 37438. Please take necessary action. For this action no body can suffer like me. They are fully irresponsible, i thought they are waiting for date of return last date. Their customecare every time busy may be all are doing complaints and they are giving explainations.. U can also try once for confirmation that number is +91-[protected]

The leaf customer service is not responding to my email and my call. Since 20 days they was picked up my product (Leaf sports wireless earphone) whose awb number is[protected] and the courier service is delhivery. The issue is the product was damaged and i was claimed warranty and the product has been picked up by then on 16th may and the product has been delivered on 22nd may to them but they wasn't taken any action till now.

I recently bought leaf wireless earphones and it was working good and fine for past 2 months. All of a sudden one side stopped working. When i raised a complaint there was minimal response and i was not able to download the invoice pdf from the site. When i raised the issue again, there was no response. This is an indian company and my total trust is broken.
