Case : 100% advance taken for Himachal package tour to be conducted on[protected] but no tour conducted, against charged Rs.46000/-
advance payment taken on 3 may 2013, post dated cheque given of 2.7.2013 but bounced even after given extended time .
Affected persons: Dr Yogesh patil and Yojana – Navi Mumbai.
My Honeymoon package was booked with 360 Himachal travels pvt ltd, Mr nitesh shinde has coordinated travel plan and accepted final payment against promise of 7 days tour. Till final date no communication about cancelation of tour by 36o travels. I was told company had meet with finical crisis due dispute with some tour operator and they want some time to repay amount in post dated cheque.
From day one Nitesh shinde was person with whom i coordinated. He assured about good will and promise of refund payment.
Till date all false promises and arrangement were failed.
No alternative tour was arrange. When personally meet with Nitesh, he said to adjust and given 3 month post dated cheque.
Time duration of refund extented more than year so finally police complaints as been registered against 360.
By all member who been cheated against against travel packages.
Office has been colsed secretly. All members, boss and member with whom I had deal are abscording. Cops r in search of them.
Nitesh shinde now told he can;t help further.
Nitesh shinde the cheater and real conspiracy behind taking money.
My mistake was i had not review about there's service on internet. Its shows history multiple cheating starting from leap frog ( Partner's) and At present company had cheated more than lakhs amount of money.
Website, office and there local address as been shut no hopes of payments. Police are searching them with there own pace.
I finally appeal to forum for help. And advice to others never to approach small operators as chances of cheating are more.
