I, Tarun Bhatia, Working with Aloft Hotels, My Client Leap Frog Holidays or You can name 02 More companies under the same name, Started giving reservations to our Hotel Aloft in Chandigarh and in Chennai, They started giving business to us, They paid us first two amount in cheque, which got cleared and then they started delaying the payment after 01 and half week they paid the other 02 Cheques which was post dated after 01 week for Which he told me that he will be transferring funds in to this account, After 01 Week, both cheques got bounced for which I Spoke to Mr. Saurabh Khandelwal - +91-[protected] for which he told me that there were no funds in that account and also visited his office on the same day, But when I have been to his office, His office was locked and they were absconding, Now I am following up with him since last 06 Months, He never picks up a call and not even responding, The total amount needs to be recovered from this travel agency is 95000/- Hotel is also putting a pressure on me to get this amount from this travel agency, My company is not ready to put a complaint as their is no credit application signed by this travel agency and they cannot even put a case on this legally, Please help me to get out of this, Otherwise my company will debit me, Below are the contact details of the employees who were working with this company.
