Hi all, this complain is regarding purchase which i had done under order number[protected] dated 12th-july for the amount 11999 from le eco website (http://in.lemall.com/in/). on the basis of reviews i didn't even open the box and i tried to place the return request but there was issue on the site so i need to wait till they fixed technical issue. finally on 18th july i placed return request and on next day bluedart people came and collected phone under this docket number ([protected]). post that call center team don't have any update, email team don't have any update i have send some 55 emails but there is no concrete reply they are not even bothered. they are breaching there own policy of refund which is within 7-21 days of phone pick up date. i am really surprised such company are selling product freely and no action from ecommerce department.
Please help me to get refund.
