Leeco — Le2 mobile return issue

I have ordered a le2 mobile on 5th of july and due to the technical glitch at the transaction page i got a error and i have done the payment again. After few hours i got a message that both the mobiles are shipped. I have called the customer support to cancel one order because there is no cancellation option in there website. The customer support replied that there have mailed the request to concerned department and the issue will be resolved. But on 9th i have received both the mobiles. I have again called the customer support and mailed to the concerned department that i have received 2 mobile out of while i want to return one mobile. They said place the return request through the website but in the website page it has displayed that the mobile is being shipment stage till 18th of july. On 19th the website got updated that the order is being delivered. I tried place a return request but the website is not accepting the return request. I the mean while i have called the customer support and talked with one of the supervisor who told me that the mobile will be taken back as it is not yet opened and the he is forwarding the issue to concerned department. I have done a mail to team to which they have replied that currently they are facing a issue with the mobile returns they will get back to me as soon as possible. But after one month also i haven't received any response when they are going to pick the mobile. So, i have called the customer support again for which they have replied that there is a 10 day return policy and they can't accept the mobile return
