I have discovered that the phone has the following problem: speakers not working. My phone is lying in onetouch (Hcl) service center, ahmedabad from 31 july 2017. It is also mentioned in service receipt expected return date:15-08-17 but they said that they have not received the part. My phone is in warranty. They are neither returning phone nor giving refund.

Service center is not returning my phone nor giving proper reply regarding when will i get my phone or where my phone is lying
I am also not getting proper reply from leeco company. When i try to ask their branch address in india for postal communication, they say they do not have that information.
