Leeco / Leshi Internet Information & Technology — le 2, not charging cannot be switched on

I cant charge my Le2 which is 5 months old, now its switched off cant be switched on.When plugged in for charging can only see blinking red light, Can not charge the phone at all, contacted a service center and was told they dont have spares. Cant figure out the issue.The service center in Thodupuzha told they cant provide free service. Also told dint have any spares for this phone,

What am I suppose to do with this phone?
I have almost 50 GB of datas, many of them even related to work, I cant even switch on the phone
