Leeco / Leshi Internet Information & Technology — rs 5000 cashback promised during purchase not given

I have purchased letv super4 x50 pro tv through lemall website on 16/03/17 having the order id:[protected] during the inaugural offer where rs 5000 cashback was promised on purchase through credit card.

Inpspite of repeated mails and calls to customer care, i have still not received the cashback till date.

Now even the website and customer care no are not working.

Please help me in this regards.
