My tv is leeco super 3 x55, which i had purchased as part of introductory offer through flipkart on august 2016. The offer worth inr 9800 included 4 years warranty along with free access to levidi & eros store for free online movies for 2 years. Leeco stopped providing access to levidi & eros store from december 2016 without informing or compensating its customers which itself is an act of fraud. On 6th july 2017 when my tv is just 10 month old its display stopped working and even after multiple emails and calls to the customer care, my tv has still not been fixed. All i am told is to wait for 10 days for arranging the part to fix the tv but even after waiting for over 30 days, i am again asked to wait for 10 more days. This company is even today selling tv in india and has no regards towards its customers and is taking indian customers for granted. Was this information helpful? |
