Hi i have purchased le 2 eco mobile phone from le mall india website. Unfortunately my phone got damaged and its having insurance through one assist service provider.
Now to claim insurance i need invoice which is not provided by le eco india.
Their india official website is also not working.
When contacted customer care people many of them will tell a sentence "can i place your call on hold for sometime to check details" then it will be disconnected after waiting for 5 mins.
One person gave an email id [protected]@le.com and asked me to send mail to that requesting soft copy of invoice which is of no use. They wont respond to email and calls.
One person told that their website would be down for one month as part of maintainence and the answer for no response to email is "their mailing system is down and wont be up for one week"
Such a big technology company which is having so many customers, but their website wont work for months.
Too pathetic service.
Please provide me the invoice copy asap.
