I have given my phone for replacement at service center before 3 months. At the time of phone submmision at service center they told me that i will get back my phone within 10 days. But, they give me my phone after 45 days and without replacement. So, i have given back my phone and told them for replacement again they told me that it will be done within 7 days. But now its being 3 months and i am didn't receive my phone. They are not even provinding proper call service. I have complain about it at call center, then i got call from call center that your phone is sent at service center you can get your phone from there, and i went at service center they told me that we didn't received your phone. So, they are like misguiding me. So now i am afraid of all these things. So, now i want my money equivelant to phone price back or they should provide me new phone. Because i have given it for replacement and not for repairing.
I need either of the below:
1. New handset for same model or the higher model.
Or
2. 100% refund of my money.
I expect strong and positive action for my case before i move to consumer court and social media.
