I am yagnesh panchal, from mumbai.
I have bought your letv 1s mobile of which imei number is below
[imei/serial no: [protected], [protected] ]
And invoice no : # chn_puzhal_[protected]
I had a problem with your device, that your back button was not working.
I tried to find your service centers in mumbai. But found that all the service centers not working or closed down. At last i found a service center in mumbai.
I have given that mobile to your santacruz, mumbai service center with jobsheet #js[protected] on 7th july.
When the mobile was received by them, it was promised that the repaired mobile will be repaired and delivered back within 10 days. But till date no updates yet and mobile is still with your service center.
For this same issue, i contacted 5 to 10 times your customer care number, they are also of no use. I did get the most useless reply i would have ever expected i. E., "i don't know."
It is already one month now and i haven't still received the mobile.
I request you to either
Give my repaired mobile back or
Give me a new handset or
Refund my money on asap basis.
Because i am fed up and disappointed with product and services.
This is the mail i have forwarded to them on 3rd aug and i am still waiting for reply.
