I have booked product le max2 in the site on 01.10.2016 12.56.59 am by paying through credit card and due to some reason i thought to cancel the order on the same day and there is no option to cancel the order at all. Generally all shopping websites provide an option to cancel the order.
On the same day, i have sent a request mail to the [protected]@le.com (Published on the company website) for the cancellation of order. I have not received any acknowledgement for the mail.
I called to customer care they suggested to accept the courier and raise return request. I did the same but they are rejecting the return request stating that the reason for return is not satisfactory.
In between, i have called and e-mail them several times and they said they will process it but now they are saying not possible.
Please guide me how to face them legally.
