My self tejpal singh rawat and my sister had insured her phone with syska gadget secure.

Unfortunately phone got damaged and she completed all the required formalities for claim but even though after submitting all the required details, documents on october 2016 but still the claim is not settled till the date.

Most of the time the customer care guys inform us that they are waiting for approval and stuck with finance team.

Note : the company has not disclosed any of his landline/contact number and the representatives of company so that customer do not reach them.
