I'm not satisfied with led emergency bulb.
The bulb is damaged the dealer is not replacing it. Past 1 year i took this product. The dealer is saying that this 7w is out of order. He is saying since 1 week. Even though it has warranty.

I want replacement of this product

I kindly request your company to send this product. As much as possible....

Hello sir my self ramiz galariya I was buy syska trimmer ht200 on 03-feb-2019. I bought this for my self but I used it 1 time only second time when I try to use it I fill that it is not working and damaging my skin. Then I check that spring of trimmer blade is not on his actual place.

I ask about service center and they recommend me service center in rajkot which is 45 km from my place. Today special I was go to the service center. They said there is a spring defect and it is connected to blade so warranty is not covered in blade. This very ridiculous that spring problem is connected...

He say our company very good but i m saying very bad expiriancr in ur company any time i m call to ur costmer exucative he say very bad answer. Aprox i have 50 time call every time answer he say only 15 day i have give money bur after 2.5 year not give my money....

I bought this trimmer on 6th nov 2018 and it has 2 years of warranty. It suddenly got spoiled (Sound of burst) while charging. I called customer care but they are not ready to replace the product. They are asking me to pay for the product manufacturing defect. They say that short circuit is not covered under warranty but where is my fault, i didn't do anything to the product. It suddenly got spoiled while charging. Its circuit manufacturing defect. I need product to be replaced....

I purchased syska trimmer from flipkart. It blade started hitting very high just after user of hardly 2 min. I have register complaint but 2 month passed away i don't received resolution. Then i call syska support and they arrange pick up of my faulty product. After continuous fallow up they send me product which is same one without any performance correction.
I am still following up with them still no response getting.
It's really bad experience with syska product and support.

I bought this trimmer from flipkart after using it for 3 months it just stopped working. I just pulg it in charge and it is not charging. I just plugged it for 1 day but then also it didn't started working. So don't know what to do. I charger light is working and it's is also working but the trimmer is not charging. It is battery problem or wireing problem that i don't know. I called at syska help iine they asked me to wash a internal part and again it will start working are they kidding or serious that i don't know. Poor product quality....

It's venkatesh from moodbidri mangalore as for complaint registered [protected] since 20/12/2016 and i have couriered my mobile to pune as for information and my courier tracking i'd is b39225617 it's bad sign where i must not purchased your insurance. Right now i don't have my mobile as well as response from your side and the system status shown as job card in process by this i can come to know about system of service.

I am waiting for response if not i will straight away go to consumer court i think you wan't allow me to do the same...

They approved the claim but after that, no word on when will i receive the amount, i called the customer care many times yet not received the amount.
Its been more than 2 years. Not only they didn't give money also they took the phone basically they stole my phone and they are big-time fraud.
I suggest all of you don't buy any products from the syska......

I purchsed syska ht1309 trimmer from snapdeal and they deliverd me used product and no return request were accepted by snapdeal and now after 2 months of puchasing the product it started overheating and when i went to syska service center they are asking 250 for repairing they are saying that thier is no warranty of blade. It means that blade of syska trimmer has a life of 2 months only after two i will have to pay 250rs is this somekind of joke i purchased a brand so that it will be better than those low quality products but no its worst than that. Suppose i purchased that blade then it will overheat...

I used syska for the first time, and i am very disappointed by the company and the services. I would want some solution out of the problem as soon as possible. This is my worst experience with earphones. I generally use samsung earphones, but someone suggested me about syska which according to my knowledge is a reputed brand selling electronic gadgets. So last februray i bought a syska earphone. Within one month after buying, it went out of order. One of the speakers stopped functioning. Then i decided to buy another one. At start performance of trimmer was very good. But Within less than 6 months i got problems with trimmer. It is not starting even after full charged. Also not able trim hairs as sharply as early it does.
