My speaker has not been working since a month.
While working it got slipped from my hands which resulted in its fall from a table.
Since then it has stopped working.
This was my 2nd speaker from syska after i filled a complaint here, they replaced my speaker.
Please replace my speaker.
Or give any suggestions where can i fix the speaker.
If it can be replaced then it would be good.
As while working also it had charging issues....

My claim raised of accidental warranty on 20th september 2016 and claim is aproved on 29th november 2016 the same year from that time onwards i am calling or mailing them but i always get the same answer as please co operate with us you will get the amount as soon as possible your compaint is raised on priority basis but today is 19th june 2018 more than 2 year still they haven’t credited my amount....

My claim raised of theft on 28th march 2016 and claim is aproved in june or july 2016 the same year from that time onwards i am calling or mailing them but i always get the same answer as please co operate with us you will get the amount as soon as possible your compaint is raised on priority basis but today is 9 june 2018 more than 2 year still they haven’t credited my amount and the amount approved is not correct too they said send the remaining items like box charger that i send and they didn’t still change my claiming amount...

Syska is a fraudulent company and i had the worst experience with them. I had insured my mobile samsung galaxy s8 via syska gadget secure. My phone got damaged and i raised a claim request with them. They have rejected the claim saying only if there is accidental damage via some external entity, will they process my claim! What the hell does that mean? There has to be someone else to cause damage? If it got damaged due to slipping from my hand, they will not give any money! Their policy is too vague. They say that breakage due to negligence will not be considered. What do they mean by negligence?...

Its more than one year waiting for the claim amount but still not got it. Whenever i call syska then tell we can't give you exact time but soon done. Every time same answer but no claim or no process is going on. It seems syska never give claim amount to customers neither they return the handset which they have with them for last 14 months. Company seems not to provide claim amount though approved long back.

I calim for my Phone on 10 june 2016 my claim amount has approoved on july 2016 but still they didnt give my claim amount.
FInally I m going to take legal action against Syska Gadegt Secure.

I Claim on 10June 2016 for my claim. Then I send all require documents and Mobile Handset and other accessories also.
Syska Gadegt Secure approved my claim in July 2016.
They said”it will take 90-120 days” for all procedure. After 120 days I called to customer care and also sent lots of Emails but every time I got same answer that we have forwarded your query to our concerned...

I am ram gavande. I am purches the samsung j7 pro mobile on date 28/08/2017. And when my accident occurrde on 24/10/2017 my mobile got damaged. Since then, today is 05/05/2018, i have not met my mobile yet, when i called they inshurance company, i am getting a single answer under repair. If i do not get update within 2 days, then i will make a case with your syskagadgetsecure inshurance company....

On that time your representative mr. Shailsh told me our syska company is not tie-up with htc service centre in gujrat. So, you can pay the money syska will pay you. So, i pay money to htc service centre but i can't still not recieve money from syska. I so many time contact wia email and regional manager smit from pune but not satisfied answer from your side. This is regarding my mobile Samsung S7 edge. Which is under their custody since 14.10.2016 and is not returned till now.
My claim ID is [protected] MP
I have called on there helpline number and contacted them through email repeatedly .
We always get the reply that they will get back to me at the earliest but no action has been taken from their side.
My phone which was latest and new at that time is a old version now.
And I have not used it also.
I want compensation for that....

Dear Sir/Madam,
I’ve insured my Samsung Galaxy J7 phone by Syska Gadget Secure on December 2015 and its expiry date is on 24th December 2016. I’ve claimed for insurance when my gadget was damaged on June 22nd and I’ve made the payment of 7000/- Rupees to Samsung Service Centre on the same month as I was told by Syska Team to do so. My phone was repaired and handed over to me by the end of July, 2016 and I was told that the insurance money will be credited into my bank account within the next three months (i.e. by October 2016). But unfortunately my phone again got damaged accidently...

Syska — not giving warranty on led bulbs

1 year ago, I got warranty replacement of Syska LED bulbs in 45 days. Again on 20-3-18 I lodged 4 comlaints for warranty of same product. The poor process; first they ask so many detail for a complaint on phone, at the end agent says to email invoice.
After 19 days, no. of calls & emails; still calls are not forwarded to their pick-up partnerer. On 24-3-18 Syska apoliged via email and commited to pick-up within a couple of days, but nothing happened. This is the depth of worst service you'll ever get from Indian company and inefficient...

Syska — syska power bank

Dear sir,

I have called syska customer care atleast 10 times but i am not getting proper response. I bought syska power bank(invoice no.- FAAAE[protected]) two months back and it started malfunctioning soon. I submitted it to service center on 6th march and still there is no response. When i ask service center, they say they don't know anything. When i call syska customer care, they say "sir please keep co-operating".
I just wanted to know when would i receive the power bank?? If you are not able to provide services to customer then there is no need of providing warranty.

I always purchase best brand bt this I've very bad experience, it's a big brand with two years guarantee bt led bulbs or panel only run for six months and get fused, please return/exchange the led panels, I'm very much dissatisfied with your service and products as I didn't expect this kind of quality of the big brand called syska.please improve your quality thats suits your image...

I had buy bluetooth headset h904 after couple of months it's doesn't working after giving in service centre it's same problem occur again. I had called many times to customer care but they never response. Please don't buy syska product because they make people fool.
If you can't give service better to customer stop to sell u r products
Even i had mailed to their customer care but they didn't response to my mail....

I have brought ear phones and they stopped working in couple of months and when i registered complaint and sent all required documents they ensure me of pickup but six months passed no pickup is arranged till now and every time i call i get to listen fake promises.
Please see to my case and get replace my earphones.
I will never buy syska products again and will encourage others to do the same if my issue is not resolved....

I took an insurance for my iphone 7 and my glass happened to break.i have uploaded all the documents still the site shows and i receive a message that there is a short fall in the documents required. i call up the customer care. i get transferred to senior executive named jinto and he reassures me i will get a call back. no call backs and no idea of my claim. message says upload documents within 30 days or the claim will be closed. even after uploading documents, to which the customer care person agreed i have got no solution....

I took syska gadget secure for my i phone, my i phone glass was accidentally damaged on 2nd jan 2018, claim approved on 10th jan, handset send on 15th jan, on 19th jan claim was under process and repair of device started.

It has been more than a month i am waiting for my device, no specific date informed yet, no final date or any call back received from syska

Still it is showing under repair and delivery date showing is[protected], but no assurance

I feel these insurance...

The company is fraud.. And having very cheap staff as well as owner.. They are cheating people by taking thir money.. And cheating people... When you go for the plan they will assure you.. Butbas soon as you will go for the plan they will regect by giving any silly and un appropriate reason.. My claim was rejected by saying that yiur date of birth do not match with yiur documents.. How you can imaginw that by mismatching your date of birth you are not eligble for any claim... Will suggest everyone to not go for such type of fraud companies.. Be aware of these fraud people's.....
