This is with regards to my Syska MWP-003 Smart Wi-fi Plug with Power Meter 16Amp which I have been using since the last 2 year or so.

It was purchased on Flipkart during 2022. Attached invoice.

Since the last 2 weeks I have been unable to see this smart plug. I tried reinstalling the Syska Smarthome ios app from the app store. But the same problem persists. The Alexa integration is failing despite several attempts...

Since 2016 not returning my mobile Con no [protected] sent them hundred mails ......

Complain reference number MB[protected]. I bought ventilation fan in june 2023. Fan stopped working within 3 months. Complaining since past 2 months nobody is bothered to get it repaired or replaced. Regretting buying product from a brand like syska. Highly disappointed seeing such bad service. Will forward complain to legal authorities...

I purchased syska led from Flipkart and after 5-6 months it stopped working. Raised the complaint but no response yet and still chasing for the replacement. It's still on warranty. Called 2 times, and they are still saying that, they will come for replacement but no luck.

I brought Syska smart watch SW200 on 9/4/2022 i spent 3500 on it and now only it's side button is been misplaced and i complaint on costumer care no of syska and they told me that it is of not use now ... atleast they should repair it as I am ready to pay the cost of the button...please help me 🙏...
