This is with regards to my Syska MWP-003 Smart Wi-fi Plug with Power Meter 16Amp which I have been using since the last 2 year or so.

It was purchased on Flipkart during 2022. Attached invoice.

Since the last 2 weeks I have been unable to see this smart plug. I tried reinstalling the Syska Smarthome ios app from the app store. But the same problem persists. The Alexa integration is failing despite several attempts at my end. Hence I am unable to use the voice command over the Alexa app.

Since the last few days the Syska Smart home app is no longer to be seen on the Apple i-store.

I am using an old iphone 7 from 2017 which is currently running on IOS 15.7. Some apps require IOS 17 or above to operate. Given the lack of free space in the internal memory (ROM), I am unable to transition to IOS 17 or above.

However, i do not think that it has anything to do with the IOS version. All these days it was working fine.

Suddenly I don't see the Syska smart home app anymore and whenever I try to download it from the app store it says that this app is not available in your country.

Can you help me fix this issue or else using the smart plug will be a complete waste of money as it does not serve my purpose any longer since I cannot monitor the energy consumption of my AC or create any operational schedules.

      Complain reference number MB[protected]. I bought ventilation fan in june 2023. Fan stopped working within 3 months. Complaining since past 2 months nobody is bothered to get it repaired or replaced. Regretting buying product from a brand like syska. Highly disappointed seeing such bad service. Will forward complain to legal authorities

        I purchased syska led from Flipkart and after 5-6 months it stopped working. Raised the complaint but no response yet and still chasing for the replacement. It's still on warranty. Called 2 times, and they are still saying that, they will come for replacement but no luck.

          I registered a complaint with the SYSKA customer support (Complaint No. EC[protected] on 10.06.2023 for replacement of defective Syska Extension Cord (4 pin Surge Protector - EBS 0401) which stopped working within 1 month of purchase. The pickup was scheduled and the product was picked up on 14.06.2023. Since then, I have been following up with the customer support on email since then who have only reverted with typical responses stating, "We request you to please give us some time. We will update you as soon as possible" &/or "We wish to inform you that we have already forwarded your details to our concerned department and we will get back to you at the earliest." This is not at all acceptable when the product was returned within the warranty period. I request you to please arrange for a refund or replace the product immediately.

            Hi,

            So disgusting services every day I put mail regarding by extention board providing same mail again and again by the company side if you don’t have power to run company and provide better services please close the company.It's more 4 month but still my product is not return.

            If Syska don't want to do service / replacment for their own products what is the purpose of providing a warranty?

            If every frustated customer goes to consumer court, syska will have a huge compensation for their fake promise on warranty

              It is a request to say that I am Anupam pandey father-late Prashant pandey vill-jhakhari po-jhakhara ps-amnour diatt-saran (Bihar) I had taken a SYSKA celling fan from sainik canteen marhaurah on sep200 20/05/2023 in which we got 2years guarantee was given but on fan broke down on 2/07/2023 after which after talking to the employee for 12 consecutive days our complaint was registered on 14/07/2023 whose Id no is BR[protected] and we have been assured that your problem will be resolved in the next 48hours but till date our problem has not been resolved till date.and the company employees are told on the status of their complaint that we will resolve your complaint.address is being sent the officer but till today 15/08/2023 our problem could not be resolved.

                We have dispatched Syska SMART LED wifi Bulb for service and replacement on 17-Mar-2023
                I have sent over 20 emails and many call conversations has happend, All they mention is
                "Please give us some time, we will update you as soon as possible"

                If Syska don't want to do service / replacment for their own products what is the purpose of providing a warranty?

                  I am writing this to you in reference to the syska Iron that I bought from Amazon web application on 7 Feb2023. The model number of the IRON bought is SDI-07. The iron press not heating up from 14 June 2023 for which I tried to reach Syska customer care center and raised an complaint and sent an email along with complaint number and images of product on their email id [protected]@syska.co.in as suggested by them. As per the conversation, the product will be picked up with in 7 days but to utter surprise, that nobody contacted me till date. I called to the customer care 4-5 times but every time they said soon our team will picked up the product. There is no proper response from Customer care team.

                  It was never expected from a reputed company like Syska .Therefore, it is to request you to kindly look into the matter and arrange to attend to the complaint.

                    Really sad to say I haven't seen such a poor customer support wherein I have been chasing team for
                    around a month now. I have raised the request on 3rd May and pickup was done on 6th May and till today
                    no one is having updates as when the product will be delivered.

                      I have purchased the product on 2nd April 2022 from Amazon India website.
                      On 1st march I registered a complaint with syska by calling them on syska customer care number. As the product was under 1 year warranty, they asked me to send a email with photos of the product and also provided me a complaint number. It is EC[protected]. They picked up the product from my home on 3rd of march. I was told/assured by syska over the mail and also over the call with customer care that i will receive the repaired product within 20 working days. It has been more than 2 months now, I didn't receive the repaired product yet. Everytime I call the customer care they just tell me that they are escalated the issue. But till now it has not been resolved. Please help.

                          Dear Sir/Madam,

                          I am writing to file a complaint against Syska Gadget Secure regarding the delay in settling my claim (Policy No. [protected]). I registered my claim in September 2016, and it has been close to seven years since I have been waiting for the settlement of my claim. The service provided by Syska Gadget Secure has been extremely disappointing and has forced me to express my dissatisfaction with their service in front of my friends and acquaintances.

                          I have made over 500 calls to the company's customer service representatives, and I have been assured several times that my claim will be settled soon. However, none of these assurances have been fulfilled. I had to submit my documents six times, and each time, I had to call the customer service representatives to confirm whether the records were correct or not. Even after this, the company did not provide me with accurate information about the status of my claim.

                          My case was closed twice without my knowledge, and after two years of rigorous effort, my claim is still pending. The company's policy states that the maximum time for claim settlement is 90 days, but it has been over 1900 days in my case. The company's senior executives promised me that I would receive my money by the end of February 2018, then by the end of April 2018, and later, by the end of December 2018. However, I still have not received my insured amount.

                          Even though all my calls have been recorded, the company's customer service representatives refuse to give me a specific timeline for my claim settlement. They keep making fake promises and harassing me as a customer. Even when I email them, I receive system-generated replies that do not address my concerns.

                          After six years and seven months of waiting, I am still unsure if I will receive my claim or not. I am writing to you as a last resort and request your urgent intervention in settling my claim. I hope you will take appropriate action to resolve this matter as soon as possible. the refund amount is Rs. 13k.

                                    I had purchased syska sw 100 smartwatch before 2 years from Flipkart dated[protected]. Now its charging cable is not working and also doesn't charge. Please provide me with an alternate for it. I can provide an invoice receipt.

                                        We had purchased a watch Model No. SW300-SmartWatch-Space Black (Syska-Accessories) on 14 July 2022 from flipkart just because the reputation of syska in the market.
                                        I didn't know that there is a display fault (Auto on /off) in the watch. I had given my watch to service center of G.N. Enterprises, Vikas Manzil, Moradabad wide service request No. RVSRN2209GNO00008 Dated 28/09/2022. Now, service center is saying that watch will not be replace or service because out of stock, syska will give refund or gift voucher for this watch but i don't need any gift voucher i need my same model watch or refund in my saving account.
