Today i got VPP parcel amount 2360 and my company is newly registered. I was not there and my mom got parcel. Mom thought that it’s the name of company, and I order that. So she paid, then delivery boy asked more 100 rs. for tax and she paid 2460. When i came and open the parcel i got 3 labor law book which I didn’t order. Then I thought to return it, so there is no proper address and phone number given there. I am attaching the pic of parcel. And also mention that small address was name on parcel. What should i do? How i can take legal action, I want to file case against on them. Plz suggest

I called my CA for the same, and rejected parcel.
Legal Book Co is Scammer.

This happened to me as well. In fact, this happened 20 mins ago. My company is registered in Dharamsala, thank fully no one was present to recieve the parcel, the guy Gaurav Rana called saying I am from India Post and you have a VPP from Legal Books Co. Never heard of the company, and never ordered something from them. I thing someone is identifying companies recently formed and then trying to scam them.

Happened with me too today, I got alerted as the delivery people told no PhonePe or googlepay accepted and only cash is accepted. I refused the parcel.
