Recently we registered a LLP. We received books in that Firm name through VPP on 09.12.2024. But did not order those books. They charged Rs.2495.00 for the books which we do not use. I want my money back....

Above company mentioned some parcel came for my new registered company of 2620 rs from india postal. It was looking like something inside it with postal stamp, he took cash payment of 2620 rs.

It was a fraud as there was 3-4 legal books in parcel. They are fetching newly registered companies details and then finding address sending fake parcels....

Our newly registered Company has fraudulently delivered its book material at our companies registered address ( also residence of one director) stating that this material was ordered by our company .

Order was collected by one of the Director unknowingly in a belief that it was ordered by our company as it bears our name on it,
Now i can't return it bcz i can't find company contact number.

They have sent a set of some books which were esentusing Indian Postal Service and they charged 2620/- for ahitty stuff which was received by employees with disguise of being ordered by me....

I received books through Indian Post which i didn't order but my mother accepted it. Now i can't return it bcz i can't find company contact number. Books costs 2500.

Company has fraudulently delivered its book material at our companies registered address ( also residence of one director) stating that this material was ordered by our company - VOCH education services private limited. Order was collected by a family member in a belief that it was ordered by our company as it bears our name on it.

Material was delivered on 24.01.2022
This material should be taken back and money should be returned to us.
Its a mental pressure on us as we have just started the company and yet to generate any revenue

Today my parents got the parcel from so called legal book co. and asked for 2500 rs to collect it. They paid 2500 rs to postman since parcel looked like important document related to company. I urge the authority to take strict action against such fraud people as soon as possible.

This company sent me two sets of books by obtaining my address from somewhere after I registered my company. I had not ordered these books, they were accidentally received at my home and they charged 5000 INR for it....

I have incorporated a pvt. ltd. company few days back and this parcel came with my company's name and i was not in the house when it came and my father recieved it thinking the company's name is written so i might have ordered it, but i did not ordered it and they took 2478₹ from my father saying this parcel is in the name of the company so you have to take it....

I was out of town when the delivery guy came and handed over this parcel to my mom and asked for INR 2478 . My mom gave him the money because the company name was written on it. This books are of no use to me and I didn’t even order them. I want to return it and take legal action against them but there is no proper address and contact number is written on it.
