I put a complaint regarding Amazon and P.N.B. over the consumercomplaints.in on 15/12/2020 . Then next day on 16/12/2020, I receive a call regarding the above complaint from the LEGAL FORUM . The Person speaking me, asked for filling a form over the LEGAL FORUM website and asked me to pay the amount of Rs. 3538.82 and said " It will be refunded to you at the end of the case against Amazon and P.N.B. The above case is solved and when I said them to refund my money on 03/01/2021, he said ok we will but now THEY ARE NOT REPLYING ME OVER THE WHATSAPP . The person speaking on the behalf of LEGAL FORUM was "ADVOCATE112" .
He made a promise to me in the beginning of the case that your money is refundable .
Also the LAWYER given to me was Farheen Mushir .
and the person who said Refund is confirm was "ADVOCATE112"

Dear sir/madame, I am saiedgany, I make my complain, 9/12/2021, the team members never respond to me.l paid money ₹1768.82 .what can I do now

A raised complaint against flipkart paid amount as well but now

She is not even responding to my msgs at all after taking money doing fraud, pls don't raise any complaints on consumer forum
