Legaldocs — Not refunding money or not doing our work

We have make payment to https://legaldocs.co.in/ for fassi registration now it's 5 month we haven't received anything

When we are asking for status they people say we have done from our end

Few day back legaldocs team say why not u go for state licence you need to pay ... Amount when I ask for refund they told it's not our policy

Now the are not receiveing phone nor replying on whatsapp
