I've never had such a bad experience with any travel agency ever! They are the reason I'm never going to go with any unknown travel agency ever! Don't fall for their bought reviews on Google or Justdial they're probably their relatives and friends. As we have spoken to other tourists of these frauds and we have heard of equally bad experience with these people.
We had paid 75k for a trip to uttrakhand for 5N & 6 days.(we are from Mumbai). We got the itinerary and we assumed since they took advance 25k, they would have set the itinerary properly and also we had not travelled to Uttrakhand before, so we didn't know how it works and went ahead with their set itinerary. Poor management. In jim Corbett the safari guy told us at 9pm that he hasn't received money from legends holidays and he won't be coming in the morning at 530am for the safari next day. On the behalf of legends we had to coordinate with Safari people as Legends India holidays people might be busy robbing, scamming and bullying other people. We had already paid so we couldn't go back and had no other option but to coordinate with Safari guy and legends at 10 in the night for one hour (on our vacation) even when we were supposed to wake up at 5am the next day. Somehow we convinced the safari guy to come. Even after the drive was done, safari guy kept messaging us that he still didn't receive his money from legends. We left from Jim Corbett in the morning and reached Haridwar at 5.30. we wanted to attend the aarti which was a part of our itinerary at 6.30pm. But they didn't book our stay at haridwar. And asking us to drive through ghats to Mussoorie after the arti which gets done by 8.. stay hungry till mid night 12..till we reach mussoorie ...risk our lives ..just because they didn't manage the booking. We spoke to Rishi Raj and ram prakash for 2 hours on the road stuck.(our driver said he won't move until he is instructed). We refused to go to Mussoorie as we wanted to attend the arti.. to which they said while returning from mussoorie we will take you to Haridwar aarti. Now(today 27th May) we checked out from the hotel early thinking we are going to haridwar like promised by these fraus... The owner (RISHIRAJ, RAM PRAKASH the tour manager) are saying we ll have to pay extra to go to Haridwar and Delhi if we reach after 9. ..rishiraj didn't even answe the call...The most pathetic experience.. threatening us ..saying that..haridwar thing won't happen. We are stuck. I would suggest such companies should be blacklisted. Nobody deserves to have a bad experience on their vacation. Coordinating with these people have taken half of our day and so much energy. Instead of haridwar they said they will cover 3 points in Dehradun that also didn't happen..driver and his boss won't take us..everyone wants to extort money.. our entire trip is ruined ..our vacation time energy so much money is wasted. Never ever go through this tour agency..if anyone one wants, pls contact me i ll share proofs and call recording of these arrogant and senseless goons. And how they talk once they have taken money from you.
We still tried cooperating with dehradun itinerary change but that also they covered only 2 spots instead of 3. Took us to Delhi, i was so disheartened and angry i put review on my way to Delhi.. the owner and Surjit the cab owner (Aastha Travel) called us and asked us to get down in the middle of nowhere saying why have you given us bad review. They again said you delete the review and i ll drop you till Delhi airport again which is sort of a threat. We were so scared and didn't want to miss flight and we were in unknown City( family of 4- 3 females & 1 make), we went ahead deleted it and now after reaching home I am posting it again as I dont want any other family or an individual to go through what we faced that too on our vacation.
If you do not want to get bullied and left alone the half way or pay extra for everything stil not get good services, please go for some other travel agents. Book on your own and go that will be more reasonable and not life threatening/risking. Was this information helpful? |
