Legend India Holidays is one of the worst trip organizers. They simply take money from the customer by sharing some fake feedback from their own people. When the actual trip starts they even don't receive calls, reply to messages and also talk properly. They are just interested in a commission. They even don't know who is the driver. The driver which they provided to us was alcoholic, he use to smoke in between the journey. The language was...

I've never had such a bad experience with any travel agency ever! They are the reason I'm never going to go with any unknown travel agency ever! Don't fall for their bought reviews on Google or Justdial they're probably their relatives and friends. As we have spoken to other tourists of these frauds and we have heard of equally bad experience with these people.

We had paid 75k for a trip to uttrakhand for 5N & 6 days.(we are...

I started my Gujarat trip ( Booked by Legend India Holidays) on 2nd Dec 2023.

And it was my bad luck that even after reading all bad reviews I booked my trip through Legend India Holidays.

It was 5 night 6 days trip and concluded on 7 Dec.

First of all, never ever trust the legend India Holiday agent Ram Prakash, he is liar, ### and to be very clear he is a top class ###.

I paid an advance amount and even after continous reminder to Ram Prakash, no follow up was done and at last 2 days prior the tour he told me that he is jnable to book the hotel as per the itinerary.

Then after some hot discussion he sent me a msg that hotel has been booked.

Later when I reached the hotel, it was informed by hotel staff that no room booking for me and later I called up this ### Ram Prakash and he gave me some other basic hotel and since it was already 8 Pm and i decided to stay in the hotel and later next night they put me in my hotel as per itinerary.

Then, later after Dwarkadhish darshan, i got a call that they are unable to book my safari as per the itinerary and This ### Ram prakash told the Gujrat agent that no such discussion was done with me and again i called him up and he admitted that since he was unable to book the safari so he lied to Gujarat agent.

And finally somnath hotel was cancelled and they requested me to stay in gir hotel for 2 days instead of Somnath.

He promised that he will arrange latest innova or CAREns for my family but the car seat belt were in bad shape and wipers were damaged. It was quite in bad shape.

And later this Ram prakash stopped receiving my calls.

This legend India holidays is totally a pathetic service partner and I recommend everyone not to use this service ever for any tour.
When i was discussing with him regarding my tour he mentioned that they are very old company and only few bad reviews but trust me they have only very few good reviews and that too by mistake only. They are totally lost guys.

If any person needs more information or clarification about them, feel free to leave a msg and will connect with him to show them the proofs.
He might have some answers ready that it was not there mistake but never trust him since same thing they did with me as well.
I am planning for a legal action against this Ram Prakash and requesting everyone to file complaint if anyone suffered due to them else they will keep exploiting the persons like us.
I am short of bad words for this Legend Holidays and ### Ram Prakash.

Hello, my name is Chirag and i am from Mumbai.

We have booked our whole tour packages with Legend India for 8 nights which covers Nainital, Mussoorie, Corbette & Haridwar at Uttarakhand.

Tour operator name - Shalini
Transport manager - Surjeet Singh
Driver - Jasbir Singh / Naresh Kumar
Operation manager - Praveen
Car no - HR06-AB 0018

All these people are aligned and make sure to fool their customers in every aspect. They also have their tie-ups with hotel.

While booking, they promised to give pure Veg hotels with nice decent view rooms in hotel and during check-in hotel people asking for extra payment for the same service which was offered during booking.

Legend India staff which includes all the above people makes false promises and delay the response. They also force us to pay the rest of the amount in advance including their driver and office staff and then talk very rudely. They provided us private vehicle which is not suitable for tours, and we faced lot of problem at Nainital as Police have caught the car which was not permissible for tour.

Their driver use to drink and drive almost every evening on these hill station roads.

We struggle a lot during our trip for food, stay and proper site scene locations.

Now i believe that their all YouTube, FB and other customer feedbacks are false as we never requested to provide any feedback for our trip with them.

I request all the Travellers to avoid such bad experience, please don't go with Legend India Holidays.

This tourism is totally fraud, pls do not go with them, they will speak very politely before taking advance and once you pay them advance then forget about that Rishi Raj. wo banda to matlab cheater hai. very rude and bakwas hai. apka problem koi solve nahi karta yaha pe fir apko samaz ata hai ki aap buri tarike se fas gaye ho.

We went on a family trip for manali with 13 adults and 4 kids on 25th february 2021. I have been promised a comfortable vehicle but they have given a scrap vehicle. The photos they posted were of a good conditioned vehicle but the actual vehicle was very poor in hygiene and pickup .They demanded an additional amount of 5000 for changing to a better vehicle with same seating.The planning was very bad. The travel time from Delhi to manali was promised to be 12-13 hrs while the actual driving time was 16-18 hrs because of the bad driving skills. I have faced hell of a problems with kids and my elderly parents.The driver was very rash and reckless. He doesnt want to take us to site seeing which was promised. We were promised to visit atal tunnel and manikaran which the driver didnt fulfil.He was more like picking up reasons to avoid site seeing. The rooms provided were very bad. As a whole, the trip was utter failure planned by them.I have vistied many places earlier with various planners..but this was the worst experince.

I have planed my manali trip through legend india holidays... I have faced the worst experience... Jyoti choudhary planned my trip... First they dropped 20 kms before manali... Taxi driver was also not good... Sanjay bhai was the worst person who manage taxi for us...
Please don't plan your travel with legend india.. When trip was going to end jyiti told us... That she was junior ttip planner she cant do anything

The incident happened on June 14, our group consists of 10 members including elder ladies .we were fully cheated by this travel agency in every aspects.our journey which started from Delhi.
the package included Delhi - manali Volvo tickets + Manali sight seeing+accommodation for 3 nights.

the total amount was 65000 rupees for 10 person .
i paid advance as 7000 rupees .
After that advance payment he sent me the voucher .i was shocked to see the voucher because some portions were different from the initial Itinerary he provided for the package description.
In the initial Itinerary Day on day 03 is mentioned as Manali -Full day Trip to Rohtang Pass/ Snow Point .
there was no Full day Trip to Rohtang Pass, no manikaran trip etc..i called him for further clarification, he told me simply that these were not included in the package .from here onwards it started cheating us.
the remaining amounts 33, 000 to be paid to the volvo operators while boarding the bus from delhi.

the volvo travel from delhi -manali & return back was so sophisticated as the bus operators switched off air conditioning systems after mid night .they used to switch off & switch on alternatively .(may be for saving fuel).the situation was also for manali - delhi .
after reaching there we met the legend india holidays staff Sanjay in manali bus stand .we were transferred to the hotel.
the hotel which was mentioned was mother tree cottage, when we reached there the hotel staff told the hotel is full & no rooms were reserved in our names.that is a cheap play by the hotel management.
we were transferred to another hotel (simply an out house with no name boards)which is at the end of the kanyal road around 5 kms from manali town, later i understood that the building belongs to the same management itself. we were really strangled there.its not a walkable distance to the town, infact it takes around 20 -25 minutes to reach this hotel from town.
instead of the super deluxe rooms we got rooms full of house flies, no wifi etc..still we managed to adjust as we were trapped.
for the local sight seeing they provided force trax with temporary seats, we 10 people any how adjusted to sit as its a short duration for local sight seeing.
the tour agent Sanjay called me and told me that he could take us to rohtang pass if we pay 10000 rupees for 10 people, we already know these guys were cheating us, but still we really want to see rohtang, so we agreed.
next day he sent us 2 alto taxis for us !!we wondered to see this alto cars, but still we managed & adjusted as we are aware of rohtang permit issues.these alto drivers were all the time hurrying to get back .they refused us to take to Solang valley too.
on day 3 we have full day trip to kullu.the day we were fed up, they sent a Sonalika rhino to take us to kullu, how come accommodate 10 people in that cab.we refused to go and had conversation with the agents in manali as well as in Delhi and complained .around 12'o clock an alto taxi was arranged along with this rhino sonalika.
the most inhuman activity happened on the final day of check out.the return bus timing was at 5 pm .so we have no need to come to the bus stand at the hotel check out time .we thought we can spend 2 - 3 hours in the hotel out skirts ad check out around 2.30 to 3 pm.i called Sanjay and requested to send the cab around 2 pm, but he refused and told me rudely that our check out time is 11 a.m & he would be sending the cab that time.
at last that force trax came around 12.30 to pick us & around 1 pm we were dropped on the Manali bus stand with all the luggages .till 5.30 we were waiting for the bus.we had no lunch as we are unable to move an inch carrying the luggages .
i think these guys must have deliberately done this as a retaliation for the cab issues on the previous day.
we had such a bad experience from this Legend India Holidays.
