These switches are not working properly. Immediately after installation many switches showed faults. Spark coming is one issue. Another issue elsewhere found is that the switch touching and rubs to cover plate making it malfunction. May be the alignment is not correct. Should hard press many switches to get on. See pictures. Dealer says it is a problem with the electrician's fixing it. The electrician blames the brand and model. What a home maker to do. A catch 22 situation. Better don't go for these kind of non established brands. 10 years warranty offered and in 10 days the product is out of its way. Dealer Power n' shower, South View, South Bazar, South Bazar Road, Kannur - 670002 is arrogant when approached. What to do?
