We had purchased items of around 50, 000 - 60, 000 4-5 months back. We are VALUABLE CUSTOMERS of yours as we use Legrand only. There is an on site warranty as the shopkeeper told me when I had purchased it. I had contacted the sales executive person (MR. ROHIT SHARMA) and he told me that i can't come. I am in a meeting.

HE TOLD ME TO TAKE OUT THE REGULATOR COMPLETELY AND WE WILL GIVE NEW REGULATORS BUT HE REFUSES TO DO THE SAME WHEN I GO TO SHOP AS HE WAS THERE ONLY AND GIVE ME THE KNOB OF SOME OTHER MODEL OTHER THAN LYNCUS.

The response was very bad from MR. ROHIT SHARMA ([protected]).your company member. PLEASE TAKE STRICT ACTION ON HIM. I am also attaching the audio call recording of ROHIT SHARMA.

The things he told me he didn't do in that way and the way he responded to me in the shop was too bad.

AND HE REFUSES TO COME TO SITE THIS IS UNEXPECTABLE AGAIN.
MODEL NAME - LYNCUS(Legrand)

I had purchased legrand switches, sockets everything this year of model name LYNCUS but all the regulators are having minute cracks in between and the crack is expanding as we are using that. We had purchased the item from DHRUVA ELECTRICALS, ALWAR recently. Today only i talk to one support member of the company he told me to take out the complete regulator whose nob gets completely broken we will change that regulator completely and rest we will replace the knob only and go to shop of DHRUVA ELECTRICALS (THERE IS ONSITE WARRANTY THEN ALSO HE TOLD ME TO DO THAT) and the shopkeeper behavior was truly so RUDE and then the person from which i had talked earlier he and shopkeeper says that we will replace the knob only and he had replace the knob of some DIFFERENT model(OTHER THAN LYNCUS).I can share the audio recording of that person. This is NOT EXPECTED from such a reputed company LEGRAND. I request you to take strict action against these people who are letting down your company. And please resolve my problem as soon as possible.

    Electronics regulates of le grand are not working. After complaining several times they are not responding. So i need to complain against the organization for necessary action. The speed of the fan was same in step 3 and step 4 remain same weather it is very slow in 1&2 as it is not moving. So kindly solve the issue replace all these damaged materials.

      We was purchase entire home switches and fittings from legrand before four years but last two years we found problems in fan regulator, when we put fan regulator in 1 step it will be too much slow then we put on 2 step it will be run in full speed and then we put on 3rd step it will run same speed as 2nd step kindly arrange the speed as per step or change the regulator
      I have found the same problem with Legrand Myrius fan regulators too. All of them run very slow in number 1 and run very fast in number 2. Possibly this brand regulator is not suitable for Indian conditions. The problem happens with different brand fans - Crompton Greaves as well as Havells.

        Hi,
        I had my home construction completed recently and chose the legrand for switches and plugpoints . recently i noticed most of the plug point [socket] is quite inappropriate to use .i have 11 plugpoints of the same issue .and when contacted the shop with this query .. he requested to hod off these 11 plugs for a minimum of 2 days .. which is quite uncomfortable as ill have to leave all the bare wires open and visible .

        i tried to call legrand customer care on this regards and recieved no or poor feed back .

          Legrand myrius switches bad quality

          These switches are not working properly. Immediately after installation many switches showed faults. Spark coming is one issue. Another issue elsewhere found is that the switch touching and rubs to cover plate making it malfunction. May be the alignment is not correct. Should hard press many switches to get on. See pictures. Dealer says it is a problem with the electrician's fixing it. The electrician blames the brand and model. What a home...
