Lendingkart — Email harassment, I'm not even a customer

I'm in U.S.A. Been receiving emails, almost one per day from Lendingkart for more than a year asking for a loan payment and spam. They have my email address associated with someone in India who has a Lendingkart loan account. I have opened several tickets with Lendingkart asking them to telephone the loan holder and ask for the correct email address. Their response is to call helpline[protected]. When I call this number I'm offered to buy a medical alert call device?! I don't have an account with Lendingkart, they ignore my support request and the customer service help line is a sales line for a medical alert?!
