Humhe apna loan restucture karna hai kyuki emi kaam ho jayegi tu har months time pe paid kar sakuga mujhe business bhi band nahi karna padega

Sir mera 130000 ka loan tha 20000 usme se commision liye sb wapas[protected] krna h thik wo sb bhi meri zarurat thi to liye abhi kuch waqt se tbiyat aur halat dono thik nhi h date aage krne ko bol rahe h jaise 24 month waise 30 month jama kr denge thoda date aage kr dijiye to 50 number se call krna msg krna sbse 1 bat hi bolte raho mgr un log ko kuch smjh nhi aata h upar se chilla k bat krna dhamkee dena ye kaha ka kaun sa tarika h paise h thk h mante h dene ko bhi koi mna nhi kiya h mgr har ek bat ka tarika hota h wo to thik se kijiye smjhiye khud k ghar nhi hoga un sbka na family mai koi hoga is tarah se bat krna sahi h aap log ko aisa lgta h

My name is chandra prakash jain and my company's name is mahendra industrial suppliers.

I have been repeatedly harrassed about repayment of loan, where as i have not taken any loan. The loan is in the name of carpe diem ventures. I have repeatedly informed them about this, but, still i am being harassed. Ms. Meghana, mobile no.[protected], she had messaged me and i have replied to her message, but still she has again messaged that i have to pay the loan.

By this i am getting frustrated.

I had taken Loan of Rs 137000/- from lendingkart and paid emi regularly. After 6 months I have extra money so I want to pay the outstanding loans so I requested to company for precloser Amount the company gave the details and as per the company mail I paid Rs.123694/- on dated 27 sep 2020 and send the screen shot and bank statement for that. Several mail for stopping the nach mandate but there is no any response from company They deduct the emi of sep 2020.

I get 500000 loan form landingkart. I give all emi on time. Due to lockdown i email for montarim for my account. But they cut almost 30000 rupess. Any they want emi. I ready for emi but they don't return my 30000 extra money. And they don't want adjust my money.

Making coustomer fall for their false schemes and rejecting their loans after receiving the money.

I have taken a business loan with Lendingkart for two years. I have already paid emi for 12 months and all on time.

Due to the lockdown, my manufacturing unit is closed down and it is based in Chennai.
I had opted for moratorium extention. After writing 7 mails and waiting for more than 45 mins in the call centre number. I did not get any respond. Moreover the ECS was sanctioned on June 6 and it returned and I had to pay a high amount too.
Then I was asked to send my 12 months bank statement. I don't know why to extend moratorium 12 months bank statement was asked. I still sent the bank statement as asked. This was done one week ago and till now no response from Lendingkart.

Today (June 17) again an ecs was issued on my emi amount.

I can't understand why Lendingkart is refusing to grant moratorium?
I can't understand why the ecs is generated multiple time?
Why is Lendingkart harassing me in such a manner?

Maine lendingkart se loan liya hai lockdown ki vajah se mera dukan band hai maine customer care aur collection officer se ecs nahi lagane ke liye bahot bar request kiya o yes bolate hai par 15 dino mai 7 bar ecs lagaya hia aur alag alag amount se. Maine is unhe bataya tha ki lockdown khulate hi pura payment intereste ke sath dunga lekin o fir se ecs laga rahe hai..
Muze bank se bi ecs return ke karib 1900 rs tak ka charge laga please help kijiye

This is to inform you about your pathetic service that i have ever seen by any service provider yet, i am struggling from last one month for my unnecessary deduction from my account because of ecs payment of loan from lending kart with loan number - lai[protected] where i have already opted for moratorium service on 9th apr 2020 itself however lending kart is continuing the ecs to my account 3 times in different days which is leading ecs bounce and unnecessary charge and high civil impact on my profile, i called customer care n' number of times but did not get any resolution, the only thing that i got is, a so called statement that "sir we are taking your complaint" but after that no action.
My question is, if i have already opted for moratorium option due to covid-19 then why lending kart is attempting for ecs again and again even after i have also called ti customer care as well, then what is the benefit of this service, if i had sufficient amount in my account during this crucial time then why would i opt for this service.
I don't know, is it lending kart service to their customers or what. I request you all to look into my concern as soon as possible, looking forward to your support.

I need to avail the moratorium..

Tomorrow due date.. I request not to present cheque or nach emi for next two months..

I will be contacting the consumer grievance if my request is not considered and my credit score is affecting..

But today emi deducted..

Lendingkart.com is a fraud company telling us they are providing loan and their giving the estimation also that this much amount has been sanction on your account after getting this mail they give a call after 2 days after 2 days the call and says to send your bank documents like a statement after sending that again they take 2 days and again the call and say your download your application in application again they ask for documents and it takes around 10 days after thi they don't give us the loan they are just playing with us after sending all the documents signed online again they ask for the hard copy that to they will not collect we have to send it by courier and again in courier they will say it has been t o r n e and after that we get a call that your disbursement is ready it will be disbursed in the evening and again sometime sometime later will get the message that not fulfilled documents do you need to send it again so for this

So the processes like it will take around one month or maybe more so you can imagine instead of applying and this you can go for instant loan cash even if this is categorised under instant loan cash lendingkart doesn't provide the cash loan at the earliest so please look after this and take care of it please don't apply in lendingkart and if i get the proper answer or forget the proper service again if i get the loan within 2 days so maybe it is possible i'll let you know on the complaint that the problem has been solved

Dear team I applied for business loan and same was approved for 3.80 lacs and today I completed my e-agreement and sent my cheque's on provided watsapp number

But since morning nobody responded on phone
I sent my Nach form duly signed and Insurance form duly signed also did the online e-agreement

This company is terrible for women entrepreneurs. When our office was proceeding there was an email from lendingkart asking for a male person PAN card. What was submitted was both partners and since both partners were women they said lendingkart company policy to insist for a male person PAN card. I thought it was crazy that in 2018 we still have companies thinking like MCP's. I asked them for a copy of their policy which they have not furnished so far. I warned them that I would escalate the matter to RBI etc...she said please go ahead. I called the operator number and asked to be connected to any team member shown in the website. the man said he could not transfer and wanted to know the matter. I said I would only speak about this to a senior team member as shown in their website he said he cannot transfer and when I asked for their number or email I'd he said he would arrange a call back. Mr Prime Minister, they do not care the efforts you are putting for women empowerment. Crazy management is all I can think off at the moment after todays experience.

Lendingkart is a highly mismanaged, insincere company that promises the moon and delivers nothing!
They say your loan will be disbursed within 48 hours, they say no collateral is required, they say no documents are required. After few days of conversacion the said that some documents are pending. I was tried to call many times but no one receive the call.
I sent messages to take my documents back from lendingkart, no one replies on email or call..
Please help regarding this situation...

So you please send my loan remainning balance and tell me the procedure to close immediately. I had applied for a business loan to lending cart the person name called mr. Akash sharma ph no - [protected]. Told me about the procedure & documents list. I have told him vl send all necessary documents to you in 2days, instead of that i send him on the same day then there was some doc pending so i told him i vl arrange document by tomorrow. Next day it was some emergency so i could not attend the cal that person was calling contuniously, after i recived he speaks like rowdy that u had commited to submit documents today u are not reciving cal i am going to reject your application u cant apply loan anywhere for 3months & he kept the cal he is not even lisining my word. I was shocked such a big company hire these cheap employes. Please do action against him as soon as possible. These people are not giving loan freely ok. Against that we are paying intrest if these people acnt give service properly why do they run business i don't know. Cheap peoples.

I take a bussiness loan from this company. I paid all emi on time. 1st emi not deducted from my bank acount while my bank acount is maintain for this emi. Now company told me that you paid bouncing charge than i provide noc letter.

Inspite of complaint to various person of lendingkart i am unable to get response for my complaint.

On 24th march your executive called me from below mentioned numbers ([protected], [protected], [protected]) and for sure you should have recording of that calls. I have asked him to come to my office and collect your payment as i was sorry to not pay emi on time.

From that time i have tried to contact various person from lendingkart and 2 persons are given below from gurgaon office:

They have also not given any complaint mail or anything for that.

Due to this inconvinence i am unable to pay my emi and my relationship with lendingkart is getting effected and sore.

Either please give some reply or should i lodge fir for those 3 mentioned numbers from rohini office of yours as told by your executive or recovery branch as i know.

They just ask for there emi and for that only they contact you and now they have send a legal notice to me for not paying 2 emi.
I will see them in court but for everyone else just 1 suggestion not to take any single penny from lendingkart.

Its a mental torture and frustration.
I feel they are a scam, if you have borrowed loan from lending kart then as soon as installment finished you can shutdown your bank account other wise they will keep charging money automatically and will never return

I really dont know why i had a loan with lendingkart as i taken the bussiness loan from the company of 3lakh rupees which cost me 3.9lakhs for 1 year. For this in 1st seven months i paid the istalments of 31300 on timely basis but next three istalments gotta get late from vich i already paid two instalments in between these months followed by one pending instalment of last month only for vich i m already being charged by the company on daily basis as coded earlier before.
But the main matter is evn though charging late payment on daily basis how can lendingkart put my earlier given 7cheques in bank account on a single day today 30/01/2018 onwards causing bouncing and effecting cibil for the 1st time in account name r. S footwears a. C no [protected].
How can i clear those cheques whn i remained with three or four total pending istalments. Earlier for this matter stay in touch with one of company's executive regarding my late istalments already paid in between.
But in this matter he is not picking my phn even.
These seems how fake this lendingkart is?
For this i want my bouncing charge back even for this as i m not wrong in this matter. I do paid pending istalments on time for sure

They say your loan will be disbursed within 48 hours, they say no collateral is required, they say no documents are required. That's all a lie!!
But most importantly, they will keep payments released to you from marketplaces such as snapdeal and Flipkart as collateral. Although they had promised me that these amounts will be rerouted to my back account the same day, I have been waiting for 3 payments from them since the last 6 days!!! Hence, a significant portion of my working capital is stuck with them. If my working capital is blocked like that, what was the point of taking a loan?
Last but not least, they charge interest at fixed rate - meaning that even if you are paying off a part of the principal in the EMI for a month, interest will still be charged on it. That is ridiculous because all banks and NBFCs charge reducing rate of interest since you're paying EMIs each month. Because of that the interest rate works out to be much, much higher. This is something they did not disclose in the beginning.

I've had a very bad experience with them from the very start. I had to approach them since I needed working capital immediately and they said they can provide it within 48 hours. However, they took 10 days to disburse the amount!!! I could've easily gotten the loan from a bank in that time period and at a much lower interest rate.
Secondly, they said only bank statements and company PAN card needs to be given, but later they asked for umpteen number of other documents that took more time.

I wouldn't advise anyone to go with them unless they want to pay higher interest and have their working capital blocked for long periods of time. I have been contacting them from the last 6 days about the payment amounts from snapdeal not being credited to my account, but I am yet to get any update. They've stopped answering my calls now.

VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED AND ANGRY!! I'm wondering whether I should take legal action against them.

I never applied for loan with Landingkart.com (AADRILTD) but they made inquires in the CIBIL as given below:

1. AADRILTD[protected] Business Loan Rs.1, 00, 000

I mailed many times to them before raising it over public forums but they always declined.

This is total misuse of CIBIL.

This is last reminder to Landingkart.com otherwise I have to raise it further with RBI and other major option.
