Dear sir,
I was taken working capital loan from lending kart Rs.140000 @ 2% flat for my pvt ltd company.but my business not working from last 12 months & till date I hav paid Rs.120000 from gold loan but now I m unable to pay outstanding amount rs.99000.my ECS got bounced in 28 january 2021 then lendingkart presented ECS 4 times hence my account got debited with both side fines.I hav requested lendingkart many times 'pls do not present ECS frequently but company not taking seriously.
Hence I hav requested pls settlement my outstanding loan in one time basis with some affordable time bez I m not able paying more amount in future.I hav no any sources for repay thier loan.my company working also stopped from last 9 months till date.
pls help me about this issue.
