Hlo sir am Neelam chaudhary by firm chaudhary enterprises. I had taken a loan by your finance company. I have to be paid 1000000 but now 450000 has to be balanced. My business is not in running due to covid. But your employers is forcing me to pay the EMI. Am unable to do that. Pl help me and restructuring my loan

I was taken working capital loan from lending kart Rs.140000 @ 2% flat for my pvt ltd company.but my business not working from last 12 months & till date I hav paid Rs.120000 from gold loan but now I m unable to pay outstanding amount rs.99000.my ECS got bounced in 28 january 2021 then lendingkart presented ECS 4 times hence my account got debited with both side fines.I hav requested lendingkart many times 'pls do...

I have taken loan from lendingkart finance limited for which i am paying emi. The date of emi was 03/04/2020 but due to covid 19 pandanic and lock down in country i approached throgh phone call on 01/04/2020 that this month i shall unable to pay emi and shall pay after lockdown due to ongoing reason and the attainder of the call said okay sir. But on 03/04/2020 they try to deduct the emi amount form my bank account but due to insufficient balance the transaction got failed and bank charge with 295 rupees. Till that i thought it was normal, that day was the date of emi and they tried to deduct. But after that the called me and told me to pay the emi and i repeated the same as i told them on 01/04/2020. But they kept calling me again and again and threatened me and the behaves like they are not lives in india and do not care and not aware what rbi's guidelines are about payment of of any emi or loan at this time. After getting so disturbed and feeling so embressed i arranged the amount anyhow and paid the same on 14/04/2020. But again they try to deduct emi on 17/04/20 and due to insufficient fund they charged 295 again. So, sir i am requesting you take action against lendingkart finance limited because they verbally tourchered and threatened me. Whereas rbi permitted to provide a moratorium of three months for all term loan installments which are due for payment between 1 march and 31 may.

The company lendingkart has given the business loan to some one and they have registered my pancard number as a gaurantor. When i checked my cibil score then i found there is loan running on my pan card. When i called to customer care they denied to tell me the contact details of borrow, only they told me the name. Now i am requesting them to remove my pancard number but they are not reply. The borrower did not any emi that's why my cibil score is very low. They are not deleting my pancard nor replying. What should i do now please suggest.

Two weeks before one loan provider lendingkart sent me more emails, they told me they will give business loans without collateral.. They said that they are rbi registered company.. So i given the my adhar and pan card copies, 1year bank statement and pan card of my husband for gauranter. After i sent these documents i didn't get any mail from them. I sent many mail no reply, they didn't attent my calls.. Now i am very fear about it. Who are them? For what purpose they need the documents? If will miss use my documents? Ehat i do? Please take an action about them..
