Lendingkart — my cheques misused by the company | |||||
I really dont know why i had a loan with lendingkart as i taken the bussiness loan from the company of 3lakh rupees which cost me 3.9lakhs for 1 year. For this in 1st seven months i paid the istalments of 31300 on timely basis but next three istalments gotta get late from vich i already paid two instalments in between these months followed by one pending instalment of last month only for vich i m already being charged by the company on daily basis as coded earlier before. But the main matter is evn though charging late payment on daily basis how can lendingkart put my earlier given 7cheques in bank account on a single day today 30/01/2018 onwards causing bouncing and effecting cibil for the 1st time in account name r. S footwears a. C no [protected]. How can i clear those cheques whn i remained with three or four total pending istalments. Earlier for this matter stay in touch with one of company's executive regarding my late istalments already paid in between. But in this matter he is not picking my phn even. These seems how fake this lendingkart is? For this i want my bouncing charge back even for this as i m not wrong in this matter.
