I had taken a loan from your From Your financing company.My LAI is 00018151 and the EMI Amount is 60, 800.The Principal including pending as on 15.11.2018 is 53000.Your executive(Vivek and Lalit had informed me that i need to pay 53, 000 to close this account but your company has deducted ECS of Rs. 60, 800 on 28.11.2018.I have Also Attached voice call recordings of your executive dated 28.11.2018 at 04.12 P.M duration 2 min 22 second from contact no. [protected] and [protected].Refund my account within 24 Hours othewise I will raise a complain against you in RBI and other legal action.
Today We Have Also Raised A FIR Against Your Company!
