Here is some problem on nach/ecs, so i am requesting by phone/ticket/mail every month more than 100 times to change the payment mode to through my deposited check (Pdc) only, as no ecs/nach will be cleared from that account. Last month at oct'19, i clearly stated no repayment will be clear with out confirmation of pdc posting.
But all you intentionally send ecs/ nach every month 2-4 times and down my bank account health which suffer my business totally down on creditibility.

Also your executive tell me that this agreement repayment type register as nach by mistake, as my pdc already deposited to company, they will change it. But every month they gives false commitments.

At this way by bouncing nach every month they are closed me from my business at last. Also as per agreement their is clearly maintained, i am make repayment through pdc also, nach may used for outstanding clearance. Nach are not mandatory for repayment the loan as per agreements.

All you not to do necessary procedures to change payment mode pdc, every month you are giving wrong commitments, making harassing pressure by making call to me and my known circle, [some mob no are +91 [protected] / [protected] ] continue intentionally down my bank account health and increase overdue charges.
Also our collection in-charge-east sonam agarwal [+91 [protected]] know all about it and doing false confirmation to change the payment mode to through my deposited check (Pdc) only many times.

I hereby finally request you to:
1. Confirmation to change the payment mode to through my deposited check (Pdc) only.
2. Restore bank account health.
3. Clarify about intentionally mental agony and harassment and force measure to me and my reputation.
4. Restore intention-based my business losses.
