Lenevo — Replacement

I have purchased the product of lenevo ideapad S340 corei5 10th Gen-81VV ideapad S340-14IIL U Thin and light laptop from Indospirit private limited through flipcart on[protected]
After 11month it showed camera issue, for that I had complained to lenevosupport for service request they've taken my PC on remote and created the case on October 12 and assured me they will give the service within 3-4working days.the engineer replaced the part(camera cable) but still there was same issue in camera and he said that he will order the another part(camera ), the case is not closing.after one day the customersupport team closed the case without confirming with me that my problem is solved or not?
When I asked the engineer on phone call that has he ordered the part or I have to something for that, he kept saying :"No you haven't do anything, this process will take time the part is arriving in 5-6days". After 2-3days I booked a call from customersuppot & then I got to know that they had closed my case, I have to renew my case.
Then I had explained the whole matter to the serviceteam agent, then also they've taken my PC on remote for twice, after that they created the case near 28th October and the another engineer was came with the same part(camera cable)and fixed that, again he reported the same issue and asking for another part Which the company couldn't provide and taking my PC on replacement. The engineer packed my PC on 19thNovember and reported them at 6:28pm.
The customer care team generated a DOA certificate on 20th November which have the validity of 10 days from issued date written on it's terms and conditions otherwise the packet will be rejected.but till now there have been 13 days no one is came from flipcart.
Before giving this complaint I have send mails they are not responding at all.they are just kept saying "we are sorry for inconvenience, we are seeing your issue in priority on behalf of you...earliest."
I would like to say that the customer service team is not cooperative to the customers at all".neither they are taking any action to take the packet of PC nor they are responding to my mail to solve my problems. I have trusted the lenevo company that's why I purchased it, please do something for my help.
