      I have purchased the product of lenevo ideapad S340 corei5 10th Gen-81VV ideapad S340-14IIL U Thin and light laptop from Indospirit private limited through flipcart on[protected]
      After 11month it showed camera issue, for that I had complained to lenevosupport for service request they've taken my PC on remote and created the case on October 12 and assured me they will give the service within 3-4working days.the engineer replaced the part(camera cable) but still there was same issue in camera and he said that he will order the another part(camera ), the case is not closing.after one day the customersupport team closed the case without confirming with me that my problem is solved or not?
      When I asked the engineer on phone call that has he ordered the part or I have to something for that, he kept saying :"No you haven't do anything, this process will take time the part is arriving in 5-6days". After 2-3days I booked a call from customersuppot & then I got to know that they had closed my case, I have to renew my case.
      Then I had explained the whole matter to the serviceteam agent, then also they've taken my PC on remote for twice, after that they created the case near 28th October and the another engineer was came with the same part(camera cable)and fixed that, again he reported the same issue and asking for another part Which the company couldn't provide and taking my PC on replacement. The engineer packed my PC on 19thNovember and reported them at 6:28pm.
      The customer care team generated a DOA certificate on 20th November which have the validity of 10 days from issued date written on it's terms and conditions otherwise the packet will be rejected.but till now there have been 13 days no one is came from flipcart.
      Before giving this complaint I have send mails they are not responding at all.they are just kept saying "we are sorry for inconvenience, we are seeing your issue in priority on behalf of you...earliest."
      I would like to say that the customer service team is not cooperative to the customers at all".neither they are taking any action to take the packet of PC nor they are responding to my mail to solve my problems. I have trusted the lenevo company that's why I purchased it, please do something for my help.

                I buy a lenevo leptop sagar comp at mauranipur, by choice l selected it.aprox after 12 days system autometic switch off and after 2or3 second again off.when I reach sagar shop and discrib about problem of leptop than he talk with lenevo cares through rescue app c care identify change motherbord.after lotof complain engineer change motherbord but system problem same no switch on till date,
                In view of above and seen laptop condition
                Leptop was difauty and so old than one by one faults comeout, so sir I am very sad to take this, my moto only one to purches this laptop study of my child during covid 19
                So sir view of above this system replace by Lenevo coy that my child continue him study during covid 19 period, treat matter most urgent, Thankyou

                  I have brought laptop of lenevo brand its only 7month of old now i can hear the fan is making noise and this was so annyoing for me . Because i spend lots of money to buy this and its making annyoing sound..And its is not a year old laptop only 7month.

                    I have purchased a lenevo mobile through online. I have a online bill. The warranty period is ongoing. It has not been completed one year but once i repaired my mobile in a care and i gave 3000/- for that at that time the care agent refused to give free service as the mobile screen had broken. After about 20 days my mobile switched off automatically again i went to care but the care agent demand 949/- for repairing it in not a broken issue it is a internal issue. It has been few days i have paid 3000/- so i should not pay for it but i have paid money for repairing.

                      I had purchased the lenevo zuk z1 mobile through online in the month of june 2016. I was facing problems like over heating, restarting, calls are disconnecting, etc., within 3 months of purchase. Somehow i was managing with that and i thought of visit the service center, as it was under warranty, i visited the indira nagar service center, bangalore, they replaced the motherboard/ pcb in the month of 7th november 2016 and its worked fine for somedays and the problem again with same and other problem, again i visited ther service center they said it's a software problem and it needs to be updated. Again few days it's worked and same problem again visited the service centre. Same they told as before, software problem. It happened almost 5 times after replacing pcb. On april 14 th we been to service centre and the same reply from them as before software needs to updated. Same day evening, problem with mobile becomes more. And i called technical support team to know the reason for this kind of problem what i had with the mobile. They said this is not a model no of zuk, as model with imei no is showing a2020 which is lower end and they asked me to visit the service centre in call to technical team. I went immediately leaving all my work n checked with service centre people. They said it's problem with the service centre engineers team. Then i questioned them regarding the software problem which i came over hear for updating for last 4-5 times. For that service desk girl told software agreement is closed with this particular model where you have to visit the service centre for update. But the problem what i faced is everytime wn i updated software i loose all my data, sms, what's up, all the apps needs to be reinstalled and works like a new mobile, with out any data. It consumes most of my money, data, time, visiting service center n updating apps. Loosing data. I requested service centre to be change the model no and give replacement mobile. They asked me to wait for this many days n refused to give the replacement. I had gone to police station also where i did not get any support them. Till now the mobile is at service centre.

                      Hereby i request pls help me with replacement mobile or reimburse the cost of mobile value.

                        I operate lenovo phab2 but in a few days i use it suddenly my both sim card are stop working in the phab.. When i visit on lenovo serives center they said me that the sim slot are damage and it's connected with motherboard... My phab is still in underwarrenty but they said that the damag is not cover in warranty and the repairing cost is 75% of mobile cost according to them... Now plz tell me what should i do.. My phone is still in underwarrenty.. If i will pay the repairing cost what's should the meaning of the warranty... There is internal problem u have to give a ortotity to clam.

                          I bought Lenevo K3 Note from flipkart and within 2 months it started hanging, heating, network issue.
                          Now my phone is totally got switched off.
                          I asked to service center, they show me that motherboard is got rusted.
                          And as per me(User) it never got dropped in water, so how come it possible...i dont know.
                          My phone is still in warranty, but service center is not taking it for servicing.

Rs for tax thats OK, and 357 rs other charges and tax, what the f#ck that was, Thats the way to deal any costumer, I want answer within a day, and my refund, and I am also going to fire a complaint in consumer forum against it .
