My machine #PF258YJF is under 3year premier warranty support. Lenova has advertised repair next day at customer location next business day with priority spare part supply. However the laptop has failed 7 times in 16 months and every time they have taken an average 30 days to repair. They have replaced worn out parts with refurbished parts leading to repeated repairs. Right now the ticket raised on 30th April to replace mother board for the second time is still pending. Practices advertised for premier support is unfair as they don't provide the support as advertised. Was this information helpful? |
