Lenova k8 note i purchase in the month of december 2018. I got a problem with software of handset in the month of june 2019, with in warranty period so i got it repaired with lenova service center at vijayawada. But again i am facing software problem from january 2020. For every six months i am facing the software problems with the handset.
For repair, it is costing 5, 000 to 10, 000/- i am very much vex with the company. Moreover i am very much suffering because it is purchased only 1 year back.
So, i want compensation from lenova company because they are launching cheap quality product with high price when comparatively and cheating the people like me.
So, i want compensation from lenova company i am facing from 1 year on wards problem with lenova k8 note handset.
Please, solve my problem. If you charge them. Then they will not launch like this failure products into the market again. And they will not en cash the people innocence. Was this information helpful? |
