Lenova Smart Phone — Service is very poor

I have submitted my lenova k 5 smart phone in your pune service center (Bm gadget services pvt ltd) on dated 23rd may 2017 after that no call from lenova or service center.

Then i called to service on 26 may 2017 and asking about my phone status they just told we have order part and part will be coming from chiana.

Then i call your customer care on[protected] and discussed the same and your executive told me you will receive call from our team after 48 hours but till time no call.

Today 02 june 17 also called to this service center and again they telling we have order this part but lenova is not deliver and part right now in lenova company. Same again called to customer care on[protected] and talking with your executive sujata and she told me let me check status for part order or not or part deliver or not but after 15 min call get misconducted from your end. Again i call on same no and discuss with shainaz but she is also not able to provide information and disconnect the call.

What a dirty/poor/ridicules service providing by lenova and service center.

If you not providing good service the why making products and fool to customers. If you not giving proper good service then refund my amount, i am not interested to use your stupid phone. No one is able to provide status or part order status and just telling hold we are checking and then disconnect the phone.

Friends mu suggestion to all o[censored]s don't purchase any lenova product in future because they are not providing good service if any problem in your phone/laptop etc.
