Lenova Smart Phone — Negligence in service response & defective product manufacturing | |||||
IMEI number [protected]- Lenovo Vibe K5 note model purchased on November 14, 2016. 1.From day one over heating complaint is their. Even after replacing same mobile same problem was found. It is clear that it is manufacturing defect. 2. On18th Feb 2017 onwards charging was not proper(In one angle - vertical position only charging will happen). I have discussed with customer care and they advised to visit their service centre. 3. 7th May onwards charging in any condition is not happened. 9th we have visited by 10.45 AM to service center. Received token number 83. Got chance to meet by 3.15PM. 4. Service order sheet received as out of warranty, but in internet it is under warranty. USB port was broken remarks written in the service order paper. 5. They have wrongly (manipulated) mentioned carry in time as 15.05 instead of 10.45AM. All customers average wait time is 4 to 4.5 Hours. If that much volume customers having issue, it is defective design and manufacturing. It has to be banned in India to save Indian customers money. Almost 130 customers were waiting every day in the one service centre. 130 X 4.5 hours human time & energy is wasted by Lenovo companies defect product.
