His is to register a strong voice of complaint against Leo Worldwide Packers and Movers ([protected]@gmail.com, https://www.leoworldwidepackers.com/contact,[protected]/ +91 [protected]).
This is for Damage to TV and Glass items during shipment which Leo's representative said multiple times has been agreed to be paid by the insurance company back in Sep 2021. After that they kept saying payment will be done in 1-2 weeks. In spite of multiple reminders, calls, WhatsApp messages, payment has not been processed to date (6 Feb 2022).
After numerous missed calls and unanswered emails, whenever the representative ultimately picks the phone or returns message, he says payment will be done in next few days and then again silence.
Ultimately on 30 Dec 2021, when I asked for a fixed date instead of constantly saying next few days, the rep said payment will be done by 5 Jan 2022. But then after that again silence.
I am writing this complaint in sheer frustration and harassment. Had also told Leo's rep and the official gmail that will start complaining and tagging online going forward. Hence am forced to start doing this.
I believe this is a serious violation of ethical behavior and sheer consumer harassment. I will now start putting my messages and payment requests on various online channels so other potential customers understand not to deal with this company for their relocations.

And three items were missing too i.e washing machine stand, a suitcase trolley bag (carrying costly dresses) and flower pots.
Now no one picking up the call neither providing insurance money of the damaged product
