Last Sunday we shifted our things in Leo worldwide packers and movers from banglore to Visakhapatnam .dealer said it will reach in maximum 3 days but still we didn't get our belongings plz do it fast.

My parents had paid in full the amount quoted by them and this included door-step delivery and installation.
My parents and I have been trying for the past week to get in touch with them, but they never answer their phone calls or email. Even if they do, they just end up disconnecting the phone very rudely.
I don't know how to get this solved!
