Hello Team,

I had purchased an order from a website called letmedecor and below is the product which I purchased online on 2nd of September: https://letmedecor.com/led-light-wooden-wall-photo-frame/.

I had done the pre-payment for the above order using CRED UPI application Method.Below is the transaction id : E3PB4LNB3WM1DVE.

Its been more than a month I still haven't received my order and when I am asking for the refund they are abusing me, not answering the calls and delaying the process.

I sincerely request you to please take an strict action against these fraud companies and get my money refunded as soon as possible.

Same here, paid in full for wall clock of Rs. 1, 378/- on 18th June, 7 days passed. No updates. No proper order id or invoice shared. They just got the money and that's it.

Customer care phone number is not active. No way to reach them.

Received item today, 10th July.
Difficult part was no interaction we could make. But item came in good condition.
