I had done the pre-payment for the above order using CRED UPI application Method.Below is the transaction id : E3PB4LNB3WM1DVE.

Its been more than a month I still haven't received my order and when...

I ordered Wood Chandelier, Wooden Pendant Light, Wooden Lamp Shades Design 248 - Greneda Pine / 37 x 37 x 15 cm on 13th October 2024 for the occasion of Diwali, they haven't given me any order number, so that I can't track my order, it's been one week, there's no update from their end, I even tried calling on their customer care number, but it is switched off. I have made pre-paid order and the amount is ₹2405. I even mailed them, but there is no response.
I hope I will get my money back and it's a request to ban this brand, so that they can't fool others.
