Sir I have booked for a mobile with Order ID.: LBM08099122 on EMI without Credit Card with your Organisation. But I have not yet received any mobile instead I have received a message mentioning that my application doest not match your credit policy. I want to know what is your credit policy and why it is not mentioned in detail in your website. Do you think that I being a person in service drawing an salary of Rs 2 Lakhs will not be able to pay your EMI or will run away with your mobile. Rather you are trying to run away with a mere amount of Rs 999/-. Moreover after the rejection of the offer from your end I have tried several times to call up the call centre to know about the status from your call centre executives but I think intentionally I am put on hold for more than 15 minutes but this was not the case prior to rejection of the offer.
