I bought a denim : BNG Ribcage crop Bootcut worth rupees 4699/- at the Levi’s store Sindhubhavan, Ahmedabad, yesterday. Since I felt it was loose at the back today morning I visited the store to exchange it. The New Denim 312 shaping slim is priced at 4299/-. When it came to managing the payment the store refuse to give a refund, a credit note. I was ready to let go the amount, even that didn’t seem possible. The only option is to spend more money. I don’t like anything else at the store presently. I was suggested to buy something and exchange it when there was a new stock. It seems then I will sure have to buy something more expensive as again there is no refund.
Online search of Levi’s refund/ exchange policy shows no such requirement. Please address this problem/ suggest a solution. Was this information helpful? |
