I received a message from Levi’s that on my birthday they have given a credit of 500 rewards points and by total balance is 1100+ using which I can shop at nearest levis showroom. There was no mention of T&C or any others conditions. When I visited the shop and picket up boxer shorts and went to billing, the billing person along with two other people over phone denied me the product claiming it’s an accessory and I can use rewards to buy. When I showed them the message they never seemed to be bothered about what’s in the message but kept repeating they cannot give the product as per the policy. After more than 20 mts of discussion and debate they never accepted and kept talking about the policy but not about the contents of their campaign message and their inability to put up a board on what items the reward point redemption is applicable. Waste of time and energy and came back with frustration on what was supposed to be a fun filled birthday. After a decade of being a Levi’s customer it was horrible listening to stupid arguments of the shop keepers and the useless people over phone. This is LEVIS phoenix market city Bangalore
