Levi's India — Bad Fabric & worst Customer Service | |||||
To whom it may concern I purchased Levi T-shirt from Infinity Mall Andheri Store dated 24th April 2017. Within 3-4 days o[censored]se there are bubbles arrive on back of T-shirt. I submitted this faulty T-shirt dated 2nd May 2017 to Infinity Levis Store. they give me a receipt & said that I will take a week to replace. after i week i called then they said it will take another 1 week. now after 3rd week i called & they said that It can't be replaced, The bubble happened due to Shoulder bag. Levis is worlds top leading brand & such type of stupid excuses are totally unacceptable from Levis.This T-shirt cost is 2K. even the T-shirt which cost 200/- Rupees will not get the bubble in 3-4 days with the shoulder bag.
