Levi's India — Defective jeans

I had just bought a pair of jeans from an outlet in city centre 1, salt lake. It started wearing out from the 2nd month and is already torn. It has not even been 6 months. I have other older pairs from the same brand which are as good as new. A new pair of jeans should be in good condition for 5 yrs atleast, if not more. What should I do? Please help.

Bought a jeans of levis from acropolis mall kolkata on 8th april and gave it for disstressed. Received the jeans on 28th april that is almost after 20 days and the work that is done on the jeans is dissatisfactory. Work is done by some imature guy. Not expected from levis. Just the jeans is torned with a square cut.
