Levi's India — defective product - showroom worker given me excuse | |||||
Hi, I bought a shoe from levis showroom of indiranagar bagalore, during end of last sale worth of rs.4500 with around rs.2600. Shoe sole got torned in 2 months, and after a month i went to same showroom, they registered my complain and called me after 4-5 days for the replacement. They didnt have the same pattern show and offered other shoe which can be bought which are the same rate i purchased rs2600. However, i didnt like any of the available shoe coz i bought shoe with rs 2600 which was worth of 4500. But they were showing me shoes which were in the range of 2600. So i asked him i will come again when the next sale will be on. On this the sales man said that i cannot do so because it is against their policy. I dont understand what policy he was talking about or he was only giving excuses. It was my intelligence to bought shoe during sale. He cannot stop me to get the replacement during sale when i bought the show in sale only. I left the shop, still they haven't called me.
