[Resolved] Levi's India — Defective/Bad Quality Product Replacement

I bought Levi's jeans on 1st Oct from Levi's store in DLF Mall Of India of around Rs 2000. Upon wearing it for the first time itself, I saw that it was torn from the place where stitching is done upon the back pocket. I tried contacting the customer care but did not receive any response from their end. Feb 2, 2022 Complaint marked as Resolved Levi's customer care got in touch with me and asked me to submit the product to nearest store for quality check. After few days they said that my exchange was aproved and that I can buy the same product or any other product of any amount and they deducted the amount of the jeans. Levi's India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Feb 02, 2022 Updated by DivyaKukreti My issue was resolved by the Levi's team. They told me to purchase another item of the same amount.

I bought a levis jeans from the brand factory outlet on 12 dec around ..i wore this jeans worth rs 3899 on January 3 for the first time and its threads from the knee are ripped out .i seriously want to replace this jeans... levis india..

My issue was resolved by the Levi's team. Thanks so much for that. I was able to buy another jeans of the same amount.
